Conditions:

The voluntary evacuation for Lake Berryessa Estates has been lifted
Highway 16 is open. Road 40 is closed at Highway 16.. The Knoxville

Berryessa Road is closed to all traffic.
Good progress in the construction of firelines has been made although the

terrain remains a challenge for fire resources.
Demobilization of some resources will begin today.
