Finance Department

The Finance Director manages the District’s Finance Department.   The primary duties include the accounting and budget, cash management and investments, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, attendance, purchasing, risk management, fixed assets and the CAFR.   She is under the direction of the Fire Chief, who performs the function of District Treasurer for the department.

Preparation of the legally required Comprehensive Financial Annual Review (CAFR) and many other required reports to other Government Agencies are also conducted by the Finance Department.
